    nursing alone wont do the trick, it does help but the key is cardio like
    the lady trainer said. i mean once your uterus is back to its original size
    the breastfeeding wont do much anymore for you, drinking lots of water,
    eating well and exercise(mainly cardio) like the lady trainer said is whats
